In addition to revamping the captioning experience, I also led the research and development of Speaker diarization on iOS as seen in the demo above, the customer service and post captioning experience at Ava.
Due to legal restrictions, numerous aspects of the design process had to be omitted. However, I've compiled a detailed article and guide on designing seamless experiences for AI & ML systems in real-time.
